Senator Rochas Okorocha, the immediate past Governor of Imo State has been reportedly arrested after he reopened the Royal Palm Estate which has been sealed by the State Government.

Governor of Imo State, Hope Uzodimma had on Friday sealed the Royal Palm Estate said to have been owned by Nkechi Okorocha, wife of the Ex-Governor in compliance with directive of the Imo State, following the gazette of a report by the Judicial Commission of Enquiry on recovery of Lands and other related matters. Okorocha alongside his son-in-law, Uche Nwosu, were arrested by the men of the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) after the former Governor attempted to gain access to the property.
