Senator Peter Nwaoboshi has dumped the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to join the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Nwaoboshi, who was received by President Muhammadu Buhari on Friday at the state house, Abuja, represents Delta North District, Delta State in the Senate.

He was presented to President Buhari and National Caretaker/Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee (CECPC) at the State House by Deputy Senate President, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege.

His defection to the APC follows his recent suspension by the PDP.
