The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) has once again jerked up the pump price of the Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) also known as fuel.

Reports reaching the New Diplomat reveal that the NNPCL outlets in Abuja adjusted their price to N1,030 per litre on Wednesday.

It was also gathered that in Lagos State, NNPCL outlets are currently selling at N998 per litre, while in other South Western states, the oil corporation is selling at N1,025 per litre.

This comes after NNPCL retail outlets adjusted the pump price of fuel in September 2024. It would be recalled that retail outlets increased the pump price from N568 to N855, N897, respectively.

The development follows the commencement of the lifting of fuel from Dangote Refinery, owned by Nigerian billionaire business mogul, Alhaji Aliko Dangote.
