Senator Elisha Ishaku Abbo, who represents Adamawa North, has defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC).

The first-time Senator was elected in 2019 on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Abbo’s defection was announced in a letter addressed to the House, read by Senate President Ahmad Lawan during Wednesday’s plenary session.Elisha Abbo Defects
