The Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) has suspended all electoral processes in Rivers State.

This was made known by Mr Festus Okoye, INEC National Commissioner, and Chairman, Information and Voter Education Committee, in a statement on Sunday.

According to the electoral umpire, the electoral process was supended due to violence in most polling units.
