Some unidentified gunmen have abducted Air Vice Marshal, Sikiru Smith (rtd).

It was gathered that Smith was attacked in the late hours of Monday while supervising a site in Ajah, Lagos State.

This was also confirmed in a panic audio released by Smith’s driver, Corporal Odichi.

Odichi in the audio disclosed that his principal was abducted in Ajah and forcefully whisked away via a boat that sailed towards the Ikorodu area of the State.

His whereabouts still remains unknown as of press time as the abductors are yet to state their demands.

Smith is a retired Chief of Communications Officer at the Nigerian Ministry of Defense. Smith also served as a Commander 401 of The Aircraft Maintenance Depot and Chief of Logistics at the Nigerian Air Force.
