Nigerian billionaire, Femi Otedola has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of FBN Holdings.

Otedola was elected after a meeting of the board on January 31. He succeeds Alhaji Ahmad Abdullahi who was appointed board chair on December 17, 2021.

Otedola takes over as Chairman of the Board of Directors just 5 months after becoming a Non-Executive Director on August 14, 2023.
