Some unidentified armed men, on Saturday invaded Buruku and Udaw‎a villages located in Chukun Local Government Area of Kaduna State.

It was gathered that about 8 persons lost their lives during the attack in the two villages.

According to reports, the armed men suspected to be bandits, attacked some farmers working on their farms and made away with several farm produce.

It would be recalled that the two villages located along Kaduna-Birnin Gwari highway have been under constant attacks in recent times.

Scores of commuters, residents along the highway have been abducted, murdered by some suspected bandits.
