A stern warning has come from Iran as her Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi has declared that US involvement in the raging Israel-Iran conflict would be very dangerous.

Araghchi gave the warning, as he and Turkey’s President, Tayyip Erdogan, engaged in a meeting for diplomatic talks in Istanbul.

Erdogan during the meeting raised another red flag, alleging that “Israel is the biggest obstacle to peace in the Middle East”.

The New Diplomat reports that the bloody escalation started on June 13, 2025.

Iran alleged that at least 430 people have been killed in the country since the conflict began.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) claimed that they assassinated two Iranian Commanders, Saeed Izadi and Quds Force, Behnam Shahriyari, in the north-eastern city of Qom overnight.

Israel also claimed that 25 people have been killed, including one of a heart attack, and 2,517 wounded since the conflict began.

Still, the IDF claimed that eight Iranian drones flew into Israeli airspace within over one hour Saturday morning.

While the onslaughts rage, the US Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard has alleged that Iran could produce nuclear weapons “within weeks”, after Trump said she was “wrong on Iran”.

The New Diplomat learnt that alleged strikes by the IDF highlight serious vulnerabilities within Iran’s intelligence services.
