Zlatan Ibrahimovic has officially confirmed his Manchester United departure.

The Swedish striker became a free agent on Saturday after one-year at Old Trafford expired.

Ibrahimovic enjoyed a brilliant season with United, scoring 28 times in all competitions. The 35-year-old looked set to sign an extension, but a season-ending knee injury in April saw plans shelved.

He has now announced he will be moving on via his Instagram page.

Ibrahimovic uploaded a picture of him celebrating one of his many goals for the Red Devils and wrote: “I came. I saw. I conquered.”

Atletico Madrid have already been linked with a move for the player.
