Mr Shyngle Wigwe, the biological father of billionaire business mogul and former Chief Executive Officer of Access Holdings, Dr Herbert Wigwe on Saturday, slumped and was rushed to a nearby hospital for immediate treatment.

It was gathered that Shyngle broke down as the remains of his son arrived at his country home in Isiokpo, Ikwerre LGA of Rivers State. He couldn’t bear seeing the remains of his late son, wife, and grandson as emotions took the better of him causing him to slump.

Though earlier reports have it that Wigwe’s father has passed away, the New Diplomat gathered that Shyngle has been rushed to a hospital and is receiving adequate treatment.

It would be recalled that Wigwe passed away in a helicopter crash in the United States alongside his wife and son. Wigwe and his family members died when a chopper heading to Las Vegas crashed near a border city between Nevada and California in February.
