Mrs. Hassan Amoke known as (Mama Arsenal) has just been offered an all expense paid trip to the United Kingdom where she will have the honour to tour the beautiful Emirates stadium, home ground of Arsenal football club of England.

The 77-year-old grandmother made the headlines following the media hullabaloo that greeted her initial appearance on social media as a die-hard Arsenal fan.

While many took turns in appreciating her, Authentic Nigeria football Supporters club has gone a step further by making her a brand ambassador with a promise to make one of her biggest dreams turn reality with a trip to the Emirates Stadium.

According to sportflames.com, this promise was made by the club’s patron Hon. Rotimi Ajanaku, who has been a fan of the 13 time EPL champions and a supporter of football developments for over two decades.

He also issued a cheque of N250,000 naira (two hundred and fifty thousand naira) to mama Arsenal to help process her passport and other necessary things.

They did that in style and added some razmattaz with the unveiling of Hassan Nasimot Amoke as a brand ambassador and member of the only CAF endorsed and FIFA recognised football supporters club in Nigeria, football supporters club who happens to be a child of necessity that is gradually climbing the lather of success and is always looking good to get to very top before dark

The day was blessed with few speeches as action spoke louder than voices. Men and women danced as the trumpeters lightened the occasion with wonderful rendition that left an emotional grandma rise to her feet and danced with the innocence of a 22-year-old bride at her wedding, the wonderful rendition also held passers-by spellbound as they danced away their sorrows in the midst of the uncertainties created by the ravaging coronavirus pandemic.

In his remark, President of Authentic Nigeria football supporters Club, Abayomi Ogunjimi pledged his club’s determination to always stand out.

He said their mission is to lead by example and in doing so, they will continue to make huge differences for others to emulate.

He said they are not in competition with any other supporters’ club as their achievements and strides have clearly set them aside as the very best in the land, the club is very happy to be associated with Mama Arsenal who he described as a true fan.

Speaking about the event, Mama Arsenal said that this is a true definition of dream coming through, she appreciated the kind gestures extended to her by Nigerians and especially to the members of Authentic Nigeria football Supporters club which she is now a bona fide member.
