Linda Yaccarino has made history as she becomes the first female Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Twitter.

The Chairman of Twitter, Elon Musk who announced her appointment in a tweet on Friday said he was excited by her appointment.

He said “the new CEO will focus primarily on business operations, while I focus on product design & new technology.
