As the date fixed for the general election inches closer, a non governmental organisation (NGO), the Benin River Vanguard has pledged to rally support for Delta Lawmaker, Solomon Igrakpata, representing Uviwe Local government area. The group’s Patron, Dan Okeme who made this declaration at a recent political pally with Uviwe indigenes, extolled the Sterling qualities of Igrakpata who is currently seeking a return to the state House.

Okeme who hails from Uviwe, assured the returnee lawmaker of massive support of Benin River Vanguard whose members spread within and beyond the region. He disclosed that through his two term service in the state, Igrakpata has proven to be a dependable, reliable and trustworthy ally that Uviwe indigenes can rely upon.

Okeme posited that Igrakpata would definitely bring his accumulated legislative experience to bear on the even spread of democratic dividends in sprawling community of Uviwe. Against this backdrop, he Uviwe youths in particular to vote massively for Igrakpata in the forth coming election, adding that his victory would usher in a new dawn in the entire spectrum of Uviwe.

The Patron also expressed optimism that Igrakpata would surely scale through the electoral hurdles as a tested member of the ruling party, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
