The APLI Direct General, Sonny Iroche who made this declaration in a release issued at the weekend, said the purported judgement sacking the Governor-elect, was not of serious concern to the people of Abia State.

Against this backdrop, the APLI Vowed to deploy all available legal means to ensure that the popular mandate, freely given by the majority of the people of Abia is subverted by any ill conceived judgement.

In this regard, the group urged all Abians to ignore the Court ruling, and proceed with their normal businesses without fear of harassment or intimidation.

The APLI DG enjoined the people of Abia to remain law abiding as they await the inauguration of the Labour Party Governor-elect, Dr. Otti who, he said, is coming to right the past decades of wrongs perpetrated by the ruling peoples Democratic Party, PDP in the state.

It would be recalled that the Federal High Court Kano nullified the electoral victory of the Labour Party Abia State Governor-elect, Dr Alex Otti alongside that of all LP Reps-elect in both Kano and Abia States respectively.
