The mother of Aaron Attahiru, one of the abducted Greenfield University students was gripped by emotion as her son reunited with family members after being released by bandits.

A video in circulation shows the happy mother, Lauretta kneeling on the floor as she hugged her son repeatedly after sighting him for the first time since he was abducted.

Lauretta had on Tuesday confirmed the release of her son to newsmen, however, she stopped short of disclosing the details of how her son was released and whether a ransom was paid or not.
