The mother of Ondo State Governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, has passed away at the age of 90.
Grace Akeredolu was said to have died peacefully in her sleep in the early hours of Thursday.
Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Richard Olatunde, in a statement confirmed the news.
The statement read, “The mother of Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN, Lady Evangelist Grace Akeredolu is dead.

“She died peacefully in her sleep early this morning. Mama was 90 years.
“She is survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other family members. Further announcements will be made by the family in due course.”
She lived in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital until her death.
