Chairman of Lagos State Parks Management Committee, Musiliu Akinsanya popularly known as MC Oluomo, has reacted to viral video where he was seen allegedly threatening the Igbos on whom to vote just less than 48hrs hours to the 2023 governorship poll in Lagos.

MC Oluomo in his reactions on Friday, posted a video on Microblogging platform, Twitter, sighted by The New Diplomat, explaining what he meant in the previous video.

According to him, “Mummy Chukwudi is just like my sister. She was at the meeting where I spoke yesterday, and she’s the one I’m actually reffering to, that “Iya Chukwudi if you you know you’re not voting for me sit at your home.

“All of a sudden, the next thing I would see is my video, going viral on social media, and people talking about MC everywhere. Please I’m always after the peace of Lagos. And if you look at Lagos, there’s peace in Lagos.

“Why will I say people should not come out to vote on an election day? Okay, if people do not come out to vote how are we going to get vote?”

MC Oluomo further called on Mama Chukwudi whom he had referred to finalise his speech.

According to Mama Chukwudi, MC Oluomo is one of her customers who always patronises her indomine business.

It would be recalled that MC Oluomo, while addressing supporters of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, had warned the Igbo residents in the state who would not vote for the party to stay at home ahead of this Saturday’s governorship election.

“We have begged them. If they don’t want to vote for us, it is not a fight. Tell them, mama Chukwudi, if you don’t want to vote for us, sit down at home. Sit down at home,”
