Football fans have expressed their frustration and sadness as Manchester United lost their second match against Brentford in the Premier League, Saturday.

Goalkeeper Davide de Gea has also been slammed following the loss against Brentford today.

The Spanish stopper let a shot from the Bees Josh Dasilva slip under his grasp to see Brentford open the scoring, in a torrid first half for United that saw them ship three further goals to Thomas Frank’s side.

Following the defeat, football fans took to social media to show their disdain for De Gea’s performance and the mistake that become the catalyst for the Red Devils’ first half meltdown.

Some football fans have said the defeat was due to absence of defensive midfielders, while stating that they might not watch Man United match.

While others called the Man Utd number one a ‘disgrace’ and complained at the size of his wage as one of the highest paid goalies in the league.
