Former President of Nigeria, Olusegun Obasanjo has called on leaders across National and Subnational levels to be selfless and committed to the wellbeing of the people and development of the country.
The former President made this call while on a courtesy visit to Governor Godwin Obaseki in Government House, Benin City enroute a wedding ceremony taking place at the City Centre.
Speaking to journalists after the closed door meeting with Obaseki, he urges all persons in holding leadership positions to dedicate themselves to activities that would enhance the economy and impact positively on the people.
On the secret of his good health and agility, Obasanjo attributes it to the grace of God and a practice with the acronym, D.R.E.M.S.C, which stands for diet, rest, exercise, medicals, social interaction and contentment.
