Dr. Ezinne Sibongile Okwulehie who recently turned 40. is an optometrist with over ten years experience in private practice. A certified visionary leadership coach trained by the famous Oleg Konovalov, Okwulehie is the Lead Consultant at Mindfield Consulting as well as a chief servant at the Christ Community Worship Centre, Port Harcourt, pastored by her husband Architect Kelechi Okwulehie.. Okwulehie responded to questions filed by Nduka Nwosu on her new book SHEevolve and how as a reinvention strategist, she is coaching visionary women and leaders into their place of impact and purpose.

Can you briefly introduce yourself?
My name is Ezinne Okwulehie, a graduate of Optometry from Abia State University. You can call me a multi-potentialite, because of my different expressions and how I steward them. I am a therapeutic optometrist with over 15 years cognate experience in primary eye care management. I run my own medical practice with a team of extremely qualified professionals in the city of Port Harcourt.
I am also a certified Visionary Leadership coach tutored by the renowned Dr Oleg Konovalov under his Visionary Leadership Certification programme, the second best certification in the world. I serve as Lead Consultant & CEO for Mindfield Consulting, a company that trains for organisations in need of maximising potential, multiplication of productivity, craftsmanship and execution of a compelling vision while achieving the desired success. As a personal reinvention strategist, I coach visionary women and leaders into their place of impact and purpose.

You and your husband have been active as ministers of God. Tell us about your ministry and how you got involved. How rewarding has this venture been spiritually?

My husband and I have been in ministry for over 20 years. We both started from campus fellowship, where I served under his leadership; he was then the Head Pastor. I later assumed the role of Assistant Pastor after he had graduated. Today we are Chief Servants of the Christ Community Worship Center in Port Harcourt.
It has been a very demanding but definitely rewarding experience serving in this capacity. Of course, there are times when the challenges of the office can be overwhelming but what keeps me anchored is my faith and belief in who sent me and the hope to hear one day; “Well done thou good and faithful servant!”

What is your ultimate goal going forward?
My ultimate goal is to win souls for God. It is my destiny,it is a burning desire to reflect the glory of Jesus everywhere I find myself. What this looks like is to live my life with purposeful intention, serving my generation with my highest gifts, proffering scalable solutions to some of the existing challenges that plague humanity and influencing others to do same.

You are very active on the social media; can we talk about it, including your ability to respond to the needs of your followers?
I see the social media as one of the tools for executing my life’s assignment and purpose. I show up there with a mindset of service. I tailor my content having in mind the pains and needs that my audience faces daily. My desire is to always deliver value to this unique audience.
You recently wrote a book; what is it all about?
Oh Yes. I just wrote a book and I am super excited about this one. The book is called SHEVOLVE a self help book for any elite woman who is seeking to be more, do more and live more. The book is a culmination of 3 years of intensive incubation,
One year of in-depth research, five months of inspired writing, In the book I leverage my own personal experiences and that of others to show the elite woman a road map that can help her evolve from one version of herself to new powerful versions, from merely exiting to living powerfully. It is not just a book, it is an invitation to live the best that life can afford.
Could this publication be an extension of your ministry?
Yes, everything I do is an extension of my ministry on earth, which is to reflect the Glory of Jesus.
What is the inspiration propelling you?
It is my passion to see women live their best the way God intended; that is the propelling force, my inspiration. I understand too well the feelings of incompetence, lack of fulfillment, dissatisfaction, self-doubt and unhappiness that are all offshoots from a life that is not being maximised. I do not want that for any woman because we are all on earth to serve humanity with our gifts and my job is to help women discover and develop their potential talents and get to work with such exposed and honed talents and finally experience fulfillment.

I know your dad had a literary bend, and your grand dad was a historian, author, newspaper columnist, and storyteller like Chinua Achebe; can you talk about them while expanding your source of inspiration?

My bloodline is marked with literary mavericks! I guess the apple does not fall too far from the tree. So, here I am a partaker of that same gift. My grand father, the XIII Ezeogo of Agbagwu community, was a well known historian and author, My father was a prolific writer too. My father was one of my major inspirations. Growing up he was my model in the reading and writing culture, I saw him invest in thousands of books and read them. So, somehow I picked that up, I imbibed the reading culture. I love to read, I love to write, I love to share knowledge.
What has been the public response and for those who want a copy of the book, how do they go about it?
It has been such an amazing, almost overwhelming response in a really good way, for the public. The reviews and feedback we have gotten from those who have purchased and read the book have been totally humbling. One person said it felt like she was being re-birthed. The book is available for order at www.shevolvebook.com.

Can you tell us all we need to know about the book and what to expect next?
