He said he has waited so long to support Omo-Agege. According to him, the Deputy President of the Senate is the best candidate to emerge as the next governor of Delta state in the forthcoming general election.

Clark described the federal lawmaker as a visionary leader and a free-spirited individual. He also called on the Deltan electorates to vote for Omo-Agege.

“I have waited for long for this. I will vote for you and support you,” he said.

It would be recalled that Omo-Agege had emerged as the governorship candidate of the APC.

Omo-Agege, in his manifesto had said his administration will be based on EDGE, a term which he said encapsulates Employment and Empowerment, Good Governance, Development and Enduring Peace and Security.

According to him, the EDGE plan is a product of profound thought based on “my practical experience both in the Executive and Legislative arms of government.”
