As results of the Governorship election continue to trickle in, the Lagos State Labour party, LP candidate, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour has described the democratic exercise that led to the emergence of the incumbent Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu winner as a State Sponsored Terrorism.

The LP candidate who made this declaration, lamented that the All Progressives Congress, APC sponsored thugs swoop on LP supporters and intimidate voters in his party’s strongholds.

Rhodes-Vivour who noted in dismay that the ethnic card being played by the APC in the election, would take a very long time to heal.

He alleged that there were glaring evidences of massive rigging, vote buying, intimidation of voters and unprecedented upsurge of violence ever witnessed in election in the state.

Rhodes-Vivour disclosed that he had being paying hospital bills for his party Agents and supporters who were seriously injured at their different polling units in Lagos State.

The LP candidate who vowed to reclaim his mandate through a legal process, enjoined his supporters to be calm.

Rhodes-Vivour who also vowed not to congratulate Sanwo-Olu on his electoral victory, disclosed that his party has more than enough evidences to challenge the APC victory at a competent Court of jurisdiction.

He, however, disclosed that the LP has perfected plans to protest the outcome of the elections nationwide.
