The raging political war between governor of Edo State, Mr Godwin Obaseki and his immediate predecessor and national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Comrade Adams Oshiomhole has taken a new turn as current chairman of Edo State Local Government Service Commission, Mr Tom Uloko was reportedly attacked by angry youths and kicked out of the country home of  Comrade Oshiomhole.  The manifestly   enraged youths would neither listen to Uloko nor back down while carrying out the act.

While accusing Uloko of acts amounting to political betrayal, disloyalty and impropriety against  the APC National Chairman, the angry youths insisted that Uloko, the boss of the Edo State Local Government Service Commission was not welcomed to the country home of the former governor because “he was working  against the interest of  leader(Oshiomhole)”.

In an online video, a dejected Uloko was seen being chased out of the country home of Oshiomhole in Iyambo in Estako West Local government area of the State. The youths who accused Uloko who served as a Commissioner under Oshiomhole administration of  betraying the APC National chair for allegedly signing a suspension letter against Oshiomhole from leaders of Ward 10, Uloko’s Ward., maintained that political betrayal cannot be tolerated.

The former Commissioner in an attempt to appease the angry youths had pleaded with them that he was invited for launch at the country home  of  Oshiomhole by the later himself was  almost rough-handled as he was being walked out of the premises. “ You don’t know politics. I was invited here”,  he  told the obviously exasperated youths who would not listen him.

Recall that the political war between Governor Obaseki and his erstwhile political leader, Oshiomhole has reached feverish points as loyalists of both camps have  resorted to open  verbal hostilities . While loyalists of Oshiomhole accuse Obaseki of being politically ungrateful to  his predecessor who made him governor against  odds, Obaseki has continued to insist that Ohiomhole’s actions have caused troubles in Edo State, stressing that the former governor  wants to be a the godfather in Edo state.
