Some Nigerians on the social media have expressed divergent opinions on Tee Mac’s advise to Nigerians against the choice of All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, to succeed President Muhammadu Buhari.

Tee Mac, a veteran flutist, had alleged that the APC’s presidential candidate isn’t really fit to lead the country and is older than he claims to be.

Speaking further, he explained that it was important for Nigerians to reflect deeply and consider their choice of next president.

The flutist alleged that the former Lagos State governor was not qualified to be Nigeria’s president, and argued that there was so much about Tinubu that was shrouded in secrecy.

He also mentioned that Tinubu is his in-law, stating that contrary to the age he claims, the APC flagbearer is 86 and not 70 years.

Tee Mac wrote: “Any body can choose any candidate, but an intelligent person will ask himself the question: do I choose rightly? Is the man qualified? Is he honest? Did he tell us the truth about his age, background and how he made his money? Is this man healthy enough at 86 to take up the task of a totally run down country?

“You see, Tinubu is my in-law. His wife Remi is my cousin. Her Itsekiri mother and my Itsekiri mother are sisters. I have known Tinubu since the mid 1980s personally and even arranged for him to stay in my stepfather’s house (Sir Mobolaji Bank-Anthony) in London, when he went on exile.

“I stopped supporting him and stopped family visits etc when he sold that Buhari to the nation in 2015. My advice to the nation is that this man is absolutely not qualified to become our next president.”

However, many Nigerians have shared divergent views on the social media with the trending caption ‘He’s 86,’ on Twitter.

God bless Tee Mac for vindicating us! This is the real age of Agbado patron! So sad that most people who are supporting Tinubu have all retired their parents from any serious engagement https://t.co/IrxC8ZuIE7

@Browny2589

I am not a fan of Tinubu and I feel he might not be as old as 84 or 86 but he has a very serious health issues that makes him not  fit enough to run the affairs of this country

@IkechiFredrick

It’s quite obvious from their look and agility. Obj  was recently sighted playing football with Ibikunle Amosun some few years ago in a novelty match. That’s far from BAT. He won’t dare try it. Man is very old.

@Uncle_Posh

Is it not obvious? Like let’s be realistic. OBJ will knock out BAT in 10 seconds. No jokes or shades
