Eminent Professor of International Relations and a former Nigerian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Professor Bolaji Akinyemi has issued a disclaimer over an article that has gone viral online and various digital platforms.

Akinyemi said an article titled: ‘Bola Tinubu: The Fall Of An Emperor At Lekki Toll Gate By Dr Bolaji O. Akinyemi‘ was neither written by him nor did it originate from him.

Reacting to the viral article in a video he released, Saturday, Akinyemi, also a  former Director-General of the prestigious Nigeria policy think-tank, the  Nigerian Institute of International Affairs(NIIA) and a frontline professor of International relations said any article/works from him usually carries  the imprimatur of either Professor A. Bolaji Akinyemi or Akinwande Bolaji Akinyemi.

Akinyemi, a former deputy Chairman of the 2015 National Constitutional Confab and an erstwhile stalwart of NADECO  asked the general public to be guided accordingly, noting that the article in circulation never emanated from him.
