Nigerian singer David Adeleke aka Davido has left his fans, followers and colleagues feeling emotional after coming out to share that he has limited all access to himself by changing his personal mobile number.

The much loved music star in a post shared on his official Instagram page noted that anyone who cannot reach him via his mobile number should not bother as he will personally contact such person if need arises.

According to the singer, he has spent most of his life putting others first and it is now time for him to live his life and take good care of himself.

“If you cannot reach me, don’t reach me! I’ll contact you. All my life I’ve put people before me… I think it’s time to actually live my life and take care of myself,” the singer’s message read in part.

Davido made it crystal clear that he has changed his personal mobile number. According to him, the move was necessary because he had to do some sort of cleansing.

He, however, maintained that he still loves everyone.

Davido’s caption also suggested that he may be taking a break from social media until he releases his third album, ‘A Better Time’

Meanwhile, the singer has unfollowed almost everyone in his Davido Music World, DMW crew except Mayorkun….He unfollowed Dremo, Obama, Aloma, Idowest and BRed, his cousin as a result of his new choice of lifestyle.
