The death toll from the dreaded Coronavirus infection in Nigeria exceeded the 900 marks on Tuesday following the report of 304 fresh cases of the novel coronavirus.
These new figures put the total infections at 44433, while the death toll stands at 910.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) published this on Tuesday night via its official verified Twitter handle.

The fresh cases were reported in Lagos, the Federal Capital Territory, and 17 other states in the country.
FCT toppled Lagos from the top spot with 90 infections while Lagos reported 59 cases and Ondo with 39 cases in third place.
Taraba recorded 18, Rivers 17, Borno 15, Adamawa 12, Oyo 11, and Delta with 9 cases.
On the flip side, states with fewer infections include Edo 6, Bauchi, Kwara, Ogun, and Osun with 4 cases each, Bayelsa, Plateau, and Niger each having 3 cases, Nasarawa 2, and Kano taking the rear with a sole case.
So far, a total of 31,851 people have been discharged after recovering from the dreaded disease.
