Abba Moro who is facing charges for who is facing charges over the Immigration recruitment scandal in 2014 that saw many young people die in a stampede, was initially held at Kuje prison in Abuja pending the resolution of his bail application.
Anwuli Chikere, Justice of the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja granted bail to former interior minister, Abba Moro. She argued that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission could not to prove how Mr. Moro would interfere with his trial.
