A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos state has granted an order barring the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) from engaging the services of Musiliu Akinsanya, popularly known as MC Oluomo, in the forthcoming general election.

The presiding judge, Justice Chukwujekwu Aneke held that MC Oluomo is not qualified to distribute election materials in the forthcoming election.

This was sequel to an application filed by the Labour Party, LP, and its gubernatorial candidate in Lagos state, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour.
