President Muhammadu Buhari and President Nana Akufo-Addo of Ghana held a private meeting at the State House, Abuja.

The details of meeting were not immediately made public, but the Ghanaian President is the current chairman of the Economic Community of West African State (ECOWAS).

There have been lots of military coups in West Africa lately, something which has been of immense concern to the sub-region.
