The West African Examination Council (WAEC) has extended registration deadline for the 2020 West African Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination for private candidates.

WAEC had initially extended the registration deadline to Friday, October 23, 2020.

According to a tweet on its Twitter handle, the new deadline is Friday, November 13, 2020.

“WASSCE for private candidates, 2020 – second series: Further extension of registration period.

“Intending candidates should note that there has been a further extension of the registration period to Friday, November 13, 2020. Thank you.”
