Comrade Okiemute Sowho, the Special Assistant to Delta State Governor on Youth Development, also known as Daddy K, has on Saturday been reportedly assassinated in Sapele.

According to sources, the governor’s aide was shot at a close range by unknown gunmen along Crudas axis by Akintola Road, Sapele, Delta State.

Reports also indicate that the suspected gunmen were spotted in a white Venza car and shot him at a close range before zooming off.

However, all efforts to save his life proved abortive as the doctors on duty confirmed him dead on arrival, at the hospital.
