The proposed election of new exco into the Urhobo Progress Union, UPU, could not hold as expected as the venue has been condoned off by a horde of armed security men include the police, army and vigilante groups.
Also condoned off is the Okere warri office of the UPU.
The New Diplomat investigation reveals that the former UPU president general, chief Joe Omene who is seeking a second term in office reported at the venue but was reportedly sent away by security..
