Bayelsa State Governor Douye Diri has reportedly ditched the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on Wednesday.

According to reports emerging on Wednesday, Diri alongside 23 members of the Bayelsa State House of Assembly, dumped the PDP.

While their destination remains sketchy as of press time, an insider source said they are heading to the All Progressives Congress (APC).

This is coming barely 24 hours after the Enugu State Governor, Peter Mbah also joined the ruling party.
