Mamu confirmed the release of the four victims on Friday after spending over four months with their captors

Mamu also revealed plans by one of the commanders of the terrorists to marry the youngest hostage, a 21-year-old lady, Azurfa Lois John.

He noted that plans are underway by the terrorists to organise a marriage ceremony for Azurfa just as in the case of Leah Sharibu, a lady abducted in Borno state years back.

According to Mamu, one of the top commanders of the terrorists is said to be in love with John.
