Deji Adeyanju, Convener of Concerned Nigerians has been arrested by men of Nigeria Police Force in Abuja, The New Diplomat has learned.

He was arrested Wednesday morning, while leading a protest against the alleged use of police to subvert democratic process in the country.

Adeyanju who has been taken to Magistrate Court, Wuse Zone 2 for arraignment is being charged for disturbance of public peace.
