The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Sunday  announced  five new cases of the dreaded Coronavirus widely known as Covid-19. With this development, the number of Covid-19 cases in Nigeria has climbed up to 323.

The announcement reads: “ Five new cases of COVD-19 have been reported as follows: two in Lagos, two in Kwara and one in Katsina. As at 09;10pm 12th April there are 323 confimred cases of COVID-19 reported in Nigeria. Eighty  five have been discharged with 10 deaths. There are 19 States with confirmed cases in Nigeria.”
