An Imo State High Court, on Monday, nullified the impeachment of former Deputy Governor of the state, Jude Agbaso.

Justice S. I. Opara, in a brief consent judgment, quashed what was popularly regarded as “J-Pross Contract Impeachment” that generated public outrage in 2013.

Mr. Jude Agbaso was impeached on March 28, 2013, during the Rochas Okorocha led administration.
