Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) housemate Erica Nweledim stay in the house came to an abrupt end as she has been disqualified from the ongoing reality show while Lucy Essien was evicted due to the low votes she got from fans this week.
The weekly eviction show opened as Big Brother addressed some of the actions that went down in the house after the Saturday night party.
Big Brother played a video showing Erica’s outburst for all housemates to see while he called out Neo for also provoking Vee.
Neo’s actions resulted in him getting a strong and final warning from BBNaija.

Erica’s disqualification became inevitable as she already had two strikes from Big Brother and a final warning.
Following the sad yet expected announcement, fellow housemates were left shaken as they bid their farewell to Erica.
Big Brother instructed her to leave the BBNaija premises with immediate effect.
Hours before the disqualification, an online poll on social media was conducted to find out the suitable punishment that housemates want for Erica during their exchange.
17.6% of the respondents were of the opinion that Erica should be given a strong warning while another 12.3% suggested that the housemate should be pardoned by Big Brother.
However, 66.1% of respondents voted for Erica to be disqualified from the reality show.

Her behavior was shameful. And she fully deserved to be disqualified. Adults should take responsibility for their actions and be accountable, not infantilized.
She may become the most successful housemate ever—it won’t erase, or justify, her actions and behavior last night.@TheYomiKazeem
Erica’s treatment was bs and shameful sha and we all know why, but mark my words she will be the most successful export from this season.@ozzyetomi
Without sounding like Pope, comments like this justifying bad behaviours on national TV is one of the reasons we are where we are today. Yes it good to be “real” but even the heart was thought the difference between good and bad. Her actions deserve condemnation not commendation.@hismyel

We all have to admit that we’ve learnt something from Erica’s situation
1. Never bottle up your feelings towards anyone because you can explode any minute
2. People who smile most react most
3. Some times walking away from situations can avoid a lot of havoc @AifyTheresa

Erica wasn’t even evicted rather DISQUALIFIED. Don’t get it twisted cos it was for many justifiable reasons. Biggie did a great job by doing so, The Big Brother Naija House will know peace from now.
