The trio of Groovy, Sheggz and Hermes have been evicted from the Big Brother Naija Reality TV Show in the ninth week following a low turnover of votes on Sunday, September 25, 2022.

The reality TV stars were sent packing during the live eviction on Sunday hosted by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu after they got the lowest votes for the week from the viewers

Sheggz fondly referred to as Mr Ikoyi by viewers secured the least votes for the week with only 13.26%, followed by Groovy who made as much as 14.63%.

Hermes, however, rose as high as 15.83% but it wasn’t enough to save him as he had to wave Biggie’s house goodbye.

It would be recalled that being the week that preceded the season finale, the usual nomination process wasn’t held last week.

It fell on ChiChi who had emerged as Head of House (HoH) to wield the “supreme veto power” allowing her to save two housemates. She saved Phyna and Daniella which automatically give them spots in the finale.

As a result, Sheggz, Hermes, Bryann, Groovy, Bella, Rachel, Adekunle, and Chizzy were then put up for possible eviction.

Adekunle, Bella, and Bryann, were saved by fans and would join the three ladies in the final week of the show.

Since they are both riders, Rachel and Chizzy weren’t eligible for eviction as they are expected to remain in the BBNaija House till the last day.

This leaves Phyna, Bryann, Bella, Daniella, Chichi, and Adekunle battling for this year’s N100 million grand prizes.
