The legal counsel to the Department of State Services(DSS), I.Awo, has said that some unidentified armed robbers have hijacked the case file containing the fundamental human rights enforcement application filed by the aides of popular Yoruba Nation agitator, Sunday Adeyemo aka Igboho.

The lawyer disclosed this while addressing Justice Obiora Egwuatu of the Federal High Court, during court hearing on Wednesday.

He explained that his colleague who was in the possession of the case file boarded a vehicle belonging to the armed robbers, adding that the case file and some other personal belongings were stolen from his colleagues.

The lawyer prayed to Justice Egwuatu to adjourn the matter, in a bid to allow him and his colleagues to sort the issue.
