A Nigerian rapper, Olamide Adedeji, has reacted following the rants by Ghanaian rapper, Shatta Wale, against Nigerian artistes.

Recall that Shatta Wale, few days ago slammed Nigerian artistes as he claimed that his country, Ghana, had always supported them.

He wrote, “As for Nigerians, they think they can always say what they want to say. F**k your talks. Y’all who think I spoke the truth, I don’t even remember you guys promoting Ghanaian artiste in your country. Until you guys will realise your artiste ‘blew’ in Ghana to say thank you.

“Bring it on and your artiste won’t get that hype they get from Ghana. I can make that stop. Don’t dare me.

“It’s the truth, your artistes come here for numbers before the world can recognise them. Appreciate Ghana supporting your artiste and stop this foolishness.”

“I won’t follow your artiste like some of my colleagues. If you do, I go wash your face with your own shame. Be thankful to Ghana for supporting your artiste and stop talking trash on here.”

Reacting to this, Olamide stated that, saying nothing about the rant would hurt more than telling Shatta Wale how he felt.

Olamide said this in a conversation with a fan after he  announced the concert of his signee, Fireboy, which was scheduled to hold on January 2, 2022.

He tweeted, “Only thing weh matter pass right now. The Fire concert – Jan 2nd.”

Commenting on the tweet, a fan asked him, “Shatta Wale matter no concern you?”

In response, the rapper wrote, “Telling someone how you feel does not hurt as much as saying nothing at all.”

Shatta Wale’s rant on Sunday, where the rapper threw shades on Nigerian artistes after selling out a Ghanaian stadium.
