Hope seems dimmed over attempts to reconcile the five warring People Democratic Party, (PDP) Governors otherwise known as the integrity group with the party’s presidential candidate as Governor Nysom Wike declared that he has power to influence the entire votes of Rivers state to the Presidential candidate of his choice.

The Governor who made this declaration at the weekend while launching the recently constructed 9.8kilometr Aluu-Omagwa road at Ikwerre local government area, stated that in due time he would disclosed the preferred choice of his presidential candidate to the people of Rivers state.

Wike promised to influence the votes of Rivers state to his preferred candidate, adding that the people of Rivers State would vote massively for his candidate because of the trust he has built with the people of the years.

His words: “I can influence the votes of Rivers state people to wherever I want. I know the people would follow me because they trust me. They know I’m not a liar. They see what I do. But I soon tell them who to vote for very soon.”

Wike who debunked the accusation against him of sealing up the Rivers state presidential campaign office of the PDP flag bearer, Alhaji Atiku Abubaka, said his campaign managers have lied again.

“I have announced to create a fair playing ground to every presidential aspirants coming to campaign in Rivers state, I wonder why I should hostile to my party. They have lied again and they will never stop lying,” he said.

The Governor, however, promised to continue the execution of more laudable projects event at the twilight of his administration, urged the Ikwerre people to make good use of the road, adding that with the construction of the road, movement of agricultural produce would be a fiat accompli.
