Barely 48 hours after the factions of the National Union of Road Transport Workers, NURTW clashed at the Owode area of Ondo State, there was fresh pandemonium at Oja Oba Area of Akure, the capital of the state, on Tuesday morning as members of the union again engaged in a free-for-all.

It was gathered that residents and traders on the popular Oba Adesida Road had to run for dear life while business activities were paralysed when the armed unionists attacked each other.

Some vehicles were also vandalised in the unrest.

The cause of the fight was still unknown at the time of filing this report.
