The list of countries that have secured qualification for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), which will takes place in Morocco, has begun to grow longer.

This is as Nigeria joined the list of countries that will participate in the most prestigious cup competition in Africa.

Later, Nigeria were held to a 1-1 draw by Benin, with Victor Osimhen’s late goal earning Nigeria a share of the spoils and sparing them from defeat.
