Nollywood actress and ex-wife of billionaire businessman, Caroline Danjuma has been nominated as a Deputy governorship candidate in Akwa Ibom.
The actress joined the rave of actresses who have been nominated as deputy governorship candidates, following in the footsteps of her colleagues, Tonto Dikeh, Funke Akindele, and Femi Branch as she delves into politics.
Caroline Danjuma took to her Instagram page hours ago to announce the news of being unveiled as the deputy governorship candidate of African Action Congress AAC, Akwa Ibom.
Taking to her Instagram page to announce the good news, Caroline vowed to serve in honour, loyalty and truth.
“To serve and to honour in loyalty and truth to Akwa Ibom and Nigeria. So help me God….”
Recall that actor Femi Branch has been picked as the running mate of Tofunmi Ogunronbi, the governorship candidate of the National Rescue Movement (NRM) in Ogun State.
