Joined in the case as respondents are Attorney General of the Federation (2nd), Chief of Army Staff (3rd), Inspector General of Police (5th), Director General, State Security Services (7th) and three others.

Meanwhile, during court’s hearing on Tuesday, the Federal Government, IGP, Chief of Army Staff and others failed to file their responses to the suit before the court.

Following the development, the judge, Justice K. C. J. Okereke, adjourned hearing till October 7.
