Less than a week after he bagged a coveted chieftaincy title of Gbaramatu Kingdom in Warri South West Local Government Area, the Deputy President of the Senate and governorship flagbearer of the All-Progressives Congress APC in Delta State, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, has again been conferred with another coveted title of Nna-bu Enyi 1, of Nsukwa Kingdom in Aniocha South Local Government Area of the State.

It would be recalled that Senator Omo-Agege was conferred with the title of ‘Ibeikiowei’ (one who would never forget the kingdom) of Gbaramatu kingdom by HRM Oboro Gbaun I, of Gbaramatu Kingdom on Friday November 25, along with the APC Presidential Candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and many others at the palace of the Royal father, in Oproza.

The ward-to-ward campaign train of the State APC Candidates led by the Governorship flagbearer, Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, entered its second day with a visit to Nsukwa in Aniocha South Local Government Area.

At the palace of the Obi of Nsukwa Kingdom, HRM Obi (Dr.) Kenneth Ezegbunem 1, JP, the duo of the. APC Governorship candidate, Senator Omo-Agege and his deputy Governorship candidate, Hon. Friday Ossai Osanebi, were conferred with different traditional chieftaincy titles by the monarch on behalf of all other royal fathers in the clan.

While Senator Omo-Agege was conferred with the ‘Nna-bu Enyi 1’ (his father is an elephant) of Nsukwa Clan, his deputy governorship candidate, Rt. Hon. Osanebi was decorated with the title of Ikemba (a reliable Warrior) of the Nsukwa Clan.

The titles were conferred on both of them when the APC Gubernatorial Campaign of Senator Omo-Agege visited the traditional rulers at the palace of Obi of Nsukwa Kingdom on Wednesday.

While conferring the titles on the recipients, the royal father explained that the titles were in recognition of their feats as lawmakers and the extension of appointments to indigenes of the clan as political aides.

He expressed confidence in the joint ticket of Senator Omo-Agege and Hon. Friday Osanebi, assuring that they will be victorious in next year’s governorship election in the state.

According to the royal father, the APC standard bearer and his running mate were greatly loved by the people of the clan, just as he prayed to God to grant them their heart desires.
