It was a  shocking drama on Monday with  video(see attached) and podcast showing  former well-known president of France, Mr Nicolas Sarkozy facing trial over allegations of corruption in Paris on Monday.

In what appears to be a historic  and landmark trial, former president Sarkozy becomes the very first ex- France head of government  to be docked in such an open and shameful manner.
